Heal YourBody by Healing Your Gut
There’s a multitude of inter-relationships between functions of the organs of the human body.
Wellness and health start with the food you eat. How you react to the food determines the health or ill-health of your system.
I believe the gastrointestinal tract (also known as the digestive tract or gut health) is always involved with treating any disease. Inflammation in the digestive tract results from viral, bacterial or parasitic infection. Inflammation can also result from allergies and intolerances. One precipitating event may lead to other inflammatory causes. Mild inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract can eventually transform into recognisable diseases such as eczema, asthma, Insulin resistance and diabetes, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, autoimmune disorders, and even problems of the brain like brain fog, depression and developmental delay.
Through my experience, I have seen inflammation in the gut leads to inflammation of the liver. When the liver is not working optimally, problems like poor production of energy, hormonal imbalance, and high cholesterol result-to name a few.
To rebalance your system and bring my patients back to good health, I use a combination of pharmaceuticals, basic essential micronutrients, and herbs where needed.
